This project lays the groundwork for a performing edition of Emiliana de Zubeldia’s solo guitar works. It involves a comparative analysis between the autographs and the unpublished critical edition, uncovering discrepancies and errors that need correction in the performing edition. Decisions regarding the omission of notes are made to align the musical text with traditional guitar possibilities. These decisions are rooted in a meticulous musical analysis aimed at ensuring a deep understanding of the works. Additionally, the abstract includes a biography of the composer, providing contextual background.
